As a very young entrepreneur, Stuart overcame the first steps of shyness (asking questions) his mum recommended hairdressing as a career choice which led him to 60 years in the industry. First, as an apprentice then stylist where he learned some very valuable lessons before immigrating to Australia. Stuart secured a role with the Wella organisation and then the first technical manager for Redken Australia This gave Stuart the opportunity to be trained in America. Giving him the understanding of how educating hairdressers in the knowledge of Hair could increase their average client bill Stuart went on a period with Bristol-Myers managing the Clariol professional brand, before deciding that he needed to have control over his own destiny and returning to working as a stylist and purchasing a hair salon. One salon quickly became two and three and four and five. Stuart learnt valuable lessons along the way, managing and getting the very best from his people Stuart went on to launch his own range of Haircare under the brand-name, Hair NrG Included Brazilian keratin. and associated Hair products. Stuarts' mantra for life is that every day is a new learning experience; however, life has to be fun. Enjoy what you’re doing, and it will never feel like work
